Alex Stipano, PA-C
Alex Stipano is a board-certified physician assistant licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. She proudly returns to Regenerative Orthopedics and Sports Medicine (ROSM), where she previously served as a medical assistant and clinical research associate before pursuing her physician assistant education.
A graduate of Radford University, Alex earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Her passion for orthopedics and sports medicine was shaped by her own experiences as a collegiate athlete overcoming injuries. During her early time at ROSM, she saw firsthand the impact of non-surgical treatments in helping patients recover and regain their quality of life—an experience that solidified her commitment to this field.
Now, as a provider at ROSM, Alex is dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with a focus on non-surgical healing and rehabilitation. She believes in empowering and educating her patients while building strong, trusting relationships. Her ultimate goal is to help each person return to the activities they love, pain-free and stronger than before.
Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys weightlifting, learning to play the electric guitar, thrifting, and cheering on her favorite D.C. sports teams.
