Help advance regenerative medicine and explore new options for chronic knee pain.
If you’re living with chronic knee pain that hasn’t improved with physical therapy or medications, you may qualify for a new study exploring non-surgical, orthobiologic treatments for knee osteoarthritis.
This study aims to better understand how regenerative medicine can help patients delay or avoid major surgery — while improving joint function and quality of life.
Have symptomatic knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grades 2–4)
Have tried at least 3 months of physical therapy or oral medications without lasting relief
Do not have an autoimmune condition, active cancer, or systemic inflammatory condition such as rheumatoid arthritis
The Orthobiologics Research Institute (ORI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing research in regenerative medicine. ORI’s mission is to shift orthopedic medicine from reactive to preventative, helping patients avoid unnecessary surgery, expand treatment access, and reduce reliance on opioids.
Through collaboration with practices like ROSM, ORI leads clinical studies that help shape the future of orthobiologic treatments.
Participants in this study will:
Receive a comprehensive medical evaluation
Undergo imaging to confirm eligibility
ROSM physicians will inject treatment using ultrasound guidance.
Receive follow-up assessments to track improvement in pain and function
